Appointed as Marketing Coordinator  at East Coast Bullbars, to oversee new initiatives and develop campaigns and direction for branding, trade shows and Superutes Sponsorship;

  • Established a digital footprint, style guide, and budget within the first month

  • Set up guidelines and structure for the use of images, logos, and collateral

  • Created custom branded trade show collateral including flags, towers, counters, floor plans, and vehicle exhibits

In my role with NSW Crown Holiday Parks I was successful in;

  • Increasing website traffic, pages per visit and time spent on sites to 3 major websites encompassing 37 park listings

  • Increase online bookings through both direct booking channel and online travel agent listings

  • Reduced cost of managing and listing OTAs  by more than 80%

  • Increase following, likes and shares by customers on social media channels, in some instances by more than 300%

  • Assisted in increasing occupancy during low occupancy periods


Within the retail environment I have been instrumental in;

  • Developing customer loyalty program, holding the highest listing of the direct customer, business and community member base of more than 90 stores thought Australia, NZ, and the UK

  • Producing results exceeding KPIs by more than 200%

  • Reduce the cost of daily operations

  • Trained staff in product knowledge to gaining the confidence of customers and staff alike

  • Provided feedback and ideas resulting in product improvements and development

  • Exceeded store performance resulting in extending premises by 30% within the first year of trade



Starting my working life as a chef, coordinating, planning and promoting events from small weddings to International events such as Wine Australia at Darling Harbor in 1994.


My creative side awarded me the honour of competing in a number of competitions endorsed by the Australasian Guild Of Professional Cooks. My achievements led me to explore other avenues of creativity, including fashion and textiles and graphic design.


The very first day I was asked to look at a computer I was mesmerised by what its capabilities were and endeavoured to learn more, improve my skills and broaden my options.
